About Us

Nexzen Perfumes is a retailer of authentic branded fragrances operating in Pakistan.

Products and Authenticity

Every fragrance we sell is original and sourced through verified suppliers. We do not stock replicas, testers sold as retail units, or refilled bottles.
Product images are provided by the manufacturer or photographed by us. Slight variations in packaging can occur when brands update their designs, and this does not indicate a counterfeit product.
Fragrance descriptions, including note listings and longevity estimates, are provided as guidance. How a scent performs depends on skin chemistry, weather, and how it is applied. Individual experience will vary.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly and offer a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.
Should a product be listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it.

Placing an Order

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address appears invalid, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a redelivery charge.

Payment

We accept all the major payment methods. Cash on delivery is available in specific cities, subject to order value limits.
Online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card information.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that occurs under your login. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or close accounts used for fraudulent activity, abuse of our return policy, or any breach of these terms.

Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site belong to their respective owners. Their use here identifies genuine products we retail and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Allergies and Sensitivity

Fragrances contain ingredients that may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. Ingredient listings are printed on the packaging. If you have known sensitivities, check before purchasing and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep products away from eyes and out of reach of children.
